Feeler gauge 21 sheets

The feeler gauges can be used to measure gap dimensions and consist of a set (fan) of hardened metal strips of different thicknesses. Testing and measuring equipment is one of the most important tools and belongs on every workbench or in every toolbox. Feeler gauges are used where measuring with calipers or measuring devices is not possible or is inconvenient, often when setting electrical contact switches.

T2 TOLERANCES table, see below. You should pay attention to the following errors when measuring in order to achieve a correct measurement result. Hold the feeler gauge and the part to be measured steady and straight, do not tilt them. Ideally, you should have a constant reference temperature of 20 degrees Celsius; large temperature fluctuations will change the measurement results. Please check your feeler gauge regularly for damage, dents and nicks and remove any dirt immediately.
