About the product
The meter is a portable, long-range, battery-powered device that can measure the surface resistance of virtually any flat surface. In it is critical that products such as packaging materials, ESD shielding bags, work surfaces, static dissipative table and floor mats, conveyor belts, etc. meet certain resistance specifications. It is also important that these values are within specified limits. The surface resistance meter can play an essential role in monitoring and verifying the resistance character of the aforementioned items.
Surface resistance is conveniently indicated by a series of LEDs covering the entire resistance range from 103 bis 1012 ohms per square.
