UFC-Ultrafine soldering tip, extra long, (ø x L) 0.4 x 8.0 mm, 700 series

UFC ultra-fine soldering tip cartridges are the standard soldering tip program for the Metcal soldering systems of the CV-5200 and CV-500 series. UFC cartridges are available in the temperature 700 series with a nominal 380 ˚C for standard applications and in the temperature 600 series with a nominal 330 ˚C for temperature-sensitive applications.

Metcal recommends the UFC cartridges for small components or densely populated PCBs. They can be used with leaded and lead-free solder. The Metcal "SmartHeat® Technology" automatically adjusts the power during each soldering process.
