Small steel band clamp

Including stainless steel screws and approximately 1 m of 29 mm steel band.

All our tube frames with steel band are manufactured exclusively in the illustrated version.

Installation instructions according to the sketch shown in the image:
– Wrap the steel band around the unslotted screw
– The length of the short end of the band must be at least half of the circumference of the tube (⌀), a little extra is even better
– Cut the long end of the steel band to the installation length and taper it
– Insert the tapered end of the steel band into the slotted screw and fold it outward
– Turn the slotted screw to the left (counterclockwise)
The band will be tensioned, and it must be wrapped around the screw at least 3 times.
– To prevent loosening, the nuts must be tightened until the steel band is clamped.
