Solder wire Trilence 3505, Sn96,5Ag3Cu0,5 - FLOWTIN TSC305, RE L1, 0.3mm, 250g
About the product
The Trilence flux system was specially developed for demanding soldering tasks in the field of machine soldering. Thanks to its optimized properties, the flux system is also very well suited for manual soldering and rework work.
The very low tendency to spatter, the light-colored residues and the high thermal resistance of Trilence flux produce a very clean soldering pattern. The maintenance intervals and thus the downtimes of the soldering machines are considerably reduced due to the very low spattering tendency.
Technical data
- Greatly reduced spraying
- Very good wetting
- Very light-colored residues
Areas of application
Stannol Trilence solder wire can be used for hand and machine soldering in the field of electrical engineering and electronics. The flux residues can remain on the solder joints.
