About the product
The halogen-free activated solder wire HF32-SMD meets the highest demands in electronics production. Particular emphasis was placed on its use in SMD technology. The low flux content results in almost residue-free soldering. After soldering, it leaves behind dry residues that do not lead to corrosion. The visual appearance of the PCB is not disturbed by the subsequent insertion of components or re-soldering work. As it is a NoClean product, the residues can remain on the circuit board without impairing electrical safety.
Technical data
- halogen-free activation
- Flux content of only 1.0 %
- Good flow properties
