About the product
An SMD vacuum pipette (vacuum tool) enables components to be placed easily and directly. Especially those that are very small and difficult to grip with bare hands. In electronics production, the pipette is often used to facilitate the assembly process and improve accuracy. This is particularly important when assembling printed circuit boards, where tiny components such as resistors, capacitors or ICs need to be placed precisely.
The SMD vacuum pipette consists of a thin, hollow tube with a tip at one end that is placed on the component. The vacuum is created by lightly pressing the black button with the thumb. The component can be sucked in and then placed precisely. The conductive suction cups prevent electrostatic charging during the pick-and-place process.
