About the product
UFT tweezer tip cartridges are the ultra-fine tweezer tips for the Metcal CV-5200 and CV-500 series soldering systems. All cartridges are available in 2 temperature ranges: 600 series nominal 330 ˚C, 700 series nominal 390 ˚C.The temperature/series is indicated by the first digit after the hyphen in the part number, e.g. UFT-7xxx for the 700 series. Metcal recommends the 700 series for most applications. The 600 series for temperature sensitive applications. Can be used with leaded and lead-free solder. Metcal's SmartHeat® technology automatically adjusts the power levels for each soldering process.
