About the product
SiC transistor drivers with high slew rate require an isolated asymmetrical supply of +20/-5V or +15/-3V with high isolation voltage and low isolation capacitance. The RxxPxxyyD series is specifically designed to meet this demanding requirement with 6400VDC isolation and low isolation capacitance. <10pF isolation capacitance. The DC/DC converters can be used for equal power (1W + 1W) or equal current (1.6W + 0.4W) driver applications as the dual outputs have automatic power splitting. The internal transformer uses a potentiometer core to physically separate the input and output windings, yet the converter fits into an industry standard SIP7 package. Input voltage options of 5, 12, 15 or 24 V are available and the RxxP2xxyyD series is safety certified to the latest UL/IEC62368 standard.
